## Chain of causation

1. Approved external-participant capability plan (CrewOS) → durable planned execution on Chassis across
   multiple worktrees (~146 commits, per the Cast Run 61 record).
2. Integration, then a **source-ambiguity halt** (`0eb96a25c`): the post-exec audit refused an ambiguous
   lifecycle position (exit 16, `reaudit_surface_ambiguous`) rather than issuing a verdict.
3. Source conditions corrected → un-designation change merged (`d20a60ea`) → authoritative two-cycle
   post-exec audit reached **CLEAN** (`93255817`), one major finding folded as a class in cycle 0.
4. Caster refreshed project knowledge (Cast Run 61).
5. Follow-on Cure exercised the deployed surface with a synthetic tenant and surfaced EPP-01 (a durable
   designation with a write path and no clear path); the clear path was shipped with the authorization
   boundary enforced in the database.
